M. Andrew Young
Founder & Principal Evaluator
A subject matter enthusiast for methodology, measurement, evaluation, statistics, and assessment, Andrew brings genuine rigor to questions that affect real people — across business, education, and nonprofits. His work ranges from micro-evaluations of programs and curricula to macro root-cause analyses that reshape organizational philosophy. In addition to his extensive measurement, evaluation, statistics, and assessment experience, he is All-but-Dissertation (ABD) in a PhD in Evaluation, Statistics, and Methodology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Anticipated graduation is Spring 2027.
His goal for every evaluation client is the same one he held as a statistics and mathematices tutor: to work himself out of a job. SMART goals, measurable outcomes, and the skill to tell your own data story — those stay with you when the engagement ends.

A health-sciences education program’s first-time licensure pass rate were falling. A root-cause analysis exposed opportunities for growth in how the curriculum was assessed.
A full curriculum revision followed — a turnaround to #1 in the state, top 5 nationally.
A youth-oriented STEM education program needed to see what their impact was on their participants
Insights uncovered strong results & opportunities for improved metrics and data gathering processes. Recommendations prompted a revision of the program with data-driven insights.
A doctoral program needed insights for alternative pathways.
Evaluation uncovered opportunities for unique pathways, delivery modalities, and rolling program entry. Ed.D. pathway developed and submitted to the their governing State for approval.
